What exactly is included in my membership?

You'll get instant access to a growing library of Shopify website tutorials, branding resources, and bite-sized lessons designed specifically for creative business owners. You can also ask me questions anytime inside the group, or on our biweekly group calls. We’re not leaving you to figure it all out alone.

Is this just for jewelry designers?

Nope! This is for all types of creative business owners—artists, makers, crafters, or anyone trying to grow a product-based business online. If you're selling on Shopify, you’ll find help here.

How does support work? Can I ask questions?

Yes! You can post your questions inside the community anytime and I’ll personally respond. This membership is designed to give you ongoing support as you build your Shopify store. It's not just a one-and-done course.

What if I'm just getting started?

That’s totally fine. Many of our members are still figuring things out. The tutorials are beginner-friendly and organized in a way that lets you go at your own pace. You don’t need to have everything set up yet.

I already have a website. Will this still help me?

Yes. This is especially helpful if you’re looking to improve your website, boost sales, learn how to update things yourself, or finally understand how to make Shopify work for you.

If you're not on Shopify, or not planning to move to it, this may not be the best fit for you.

How often is new content added?

New tutorials, guides, and updates are added regularly, especially when Shopify releases new features or members request help with specific topics.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime. Just head to your account settings and cancel before your next billing cycle.

Will I lose access to everything if I cancel?

You’ll have access as long as your membership is active. Once it ends, you won’t be able to view the tutorials or community unless you rejoin later.

Where is the membership hosted?

Everything is hosted right on my Shopify website. Once you join, you'll get access to a members-only area that's simple to navigate. There’s also a “Get Started” guide waiting for you when you log in. It walks you through everything so you know exactly where to go and how to find what you need.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Nope. It’s month-to-month. You’re welcome to stay as long as it’s helpful and cancel anytime if it’s not.

What can I use the 1:1 coaching call for?

You can use your 30-minute call however you’d like—get feedback on your website, ask for help with Shopify settings, talk through a sales strategy, or get support on something you’re stuck on. It’s your time!

How do I book my call?

Once you join the coaching tier, you’ll get a private link to book your monthly Zoom call on my calendar at a time that works for you.

Does my unused call roll over?

Calls do not roll over, so be sure to use your monthly session before your next billing date.

What kind of discount do I get on design services?

Coaching members receive exclusive discounts on design hours and other 1:1 services like website audits and custom site design. Full details are shared once you're inside the membership.
